Who is Miss Arkansas International?
A search is underway for the next Miss Arkansas International! If you are

Miss Arkansas International can be: A 19 year old student who is an active member in her church working her
way through school and achieving her goals. . . . A 20 to 21 year old leader in her school and community
looking for a way to have fun and participate in a positive experience. . . A 22 year-old working
on her Masters degree who volunteers for local charities who wants to begin her pageant experience . . .
A 23 year old who is admired for her leadership qualities and she enjoys modeling for local companies. . .
A 24 year old in Law School working to make a difference in her community. . . A 25 or 26 year old member
of the Junior League and a teacher in our schools with little time to do something fun for themselves.
A 27-29 year old starting her career and wanting to continue her work on her platform and community service. . . . . . . .

Miss Judging Criteria:
The Highs and Lows will be dropped out during the tabulation of the scores.
The competition is based on four categories:
Personal Interview (40%)
Fun Fashion (20%)
Physical Fitness (20%)
Evening Gown (20%) No talent competition, no swim wear
and no experience necessary.

Interview counts 40% and will be a personal one on one interview that last 5 minutes with each judge. This
part of the competition includes the power of thinking and the ability to express yourself through verbal
communication. The judges will ask you questions from your personal history form and your platform sheet.

Aerobic Wear 20% includes an expressive, lively symmetry of form,
walking, standing and general movement. You will compete in a two piece aerobic wear outfit. We have
several styles and colors for you to select from.

Fashion Runway Presentation 20% is a modeling segment of the
competition. The contestant's outfit should be something that she would wear to a fun party or
dressy event. This should reflect your personality and be something that shows off your flair for
fashion and style.

Evening Wear 20% is the phase of
competition to show elegance in an evening gown of your choice. The ability to maintain composure
and a sense of style. The judges are looking for your stage presence and your ability to look
confident. You will answer a question about your platform during this phase of competition.
